Database services cover SQL Server plus Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL and SAP HANA when they are listed on the contract. Work includes development, setup, indexing, stored procedures, migration, ETL, synchronization, reporting and backup planning. Production access is granted by the customer for the window of the task and removed afterwards.
